- Week Plan with Charging Mode selection. While setting up a Week Plan for charging, each session can have a different charging mode. E.g. a daytime session can use Pure Solar while nightly sessions use Smart charging. - Compliance with DSO Power Reduction legislation. The charger is now compliant with the legislation of the DSO’s of Austria, Switzerland and Czech Republic (Anforderungen für die Ansteuerbarkeit von Ladestellen der Elektromobilität mittels eines Netzbetreiberschaltkontaktes (gültig ab 01-01-2022)) that requires AC charging stations to respond to a switching contact and reduce charging power when instructed by the DSO’s. This function requires the Ratio Sense kit (Sensorbox) as the switching contact connects to the Sensorbox. Configuration of this function needs to be done by a registered installer. - Indication of Charging Pause. When charging is paused due to Load Balancing (the amount of power available on the Home Connection is too low to charge the EV) this will now be shown in the Charging Overview of the Ratio EV Charging app as s yellow circle and the text message 'Charging Paused'. - The app is now available in German. Language selection for the app are based on the language settings of the phone. If the setting of the phone is not supported, the app will use English as default. - Message to user when maximum number of connected chargers is reached. The maximum number of chargers to connect to the app (per account) is 5. When a user tries to connect to the 6th charger a notification will be shown.

- Week Schedule. The Scheduled Charging screen has a second option: Week Schedule. This allows you to set up a ‘week plan’ for charging. For each day of the week 2 sessions can be scheduled with their own Start and Stop time. A pre-defined ‘off-peak’ schedule is available for charging. - Randomize scheduled time. This option in the Schedule Charging screen can be selected to add a random shift of up to 10 minutes to the start time of scheduled charging (both Delayed start and Week plan). This prevents peaks on the national grid in case all chargers would start at exactly the hour crossing. Charging length (start to stop) is unaffected be randomization. - Compliance with UK DSR requirements. The charging system is now compliant with ‘2021 No. 1467 ROAD TRAFFIC The Electric Vehicles (Smart Charge Points) Regulations 2021’. - Error notification. The app now shows error messages (code + text) in case the Charger has detected an error during charging. - Security Notification & Log. The charger now has a detection of tamper attacks (opening the housing) or attempts to force access through brute forcing access through Bluetooth®. These Security Events will be logged in the Ratio Cloud. You will be notified of these events through e-mail (limited to 1 message per hour). - PEN Fault detection and switch-off. For UK models (io5) only. PEN fault is monitored by the charger and it switches off the charging and PE in case of PEN faults. - Sensorbox with extended measuring range. The Sense kit now comes in 4 varieties with 2 different current levels for home grid connections of up to 100A. By selecting the right 'Home Connection Maximum current'-setting the switching to the right scaling is done automatically.
