Important change to the app Our app is now fully focused on account opening for new customers. Banking functions are therefore no longer available. What does this mean for you? For your banking transactions, please use the Raiffeisen e-banking app or online e-banking at raiffeisen.ch > «E-Banking». Log in as usual with your contract number and your Raiffeisen password.

• Leave feedback: Tell us what you think about the Raiffeisen app. Quick and easy, right in the app. • Manage devices: You'll now see a list of all registered devices under "Security and Login". You can rename the devices or delete them if multiple devices are registered. • Block contract: Effective immediately, you can block all logins to your current contract if you suspect a security breach, for example. Please contact our Customer Service Centre to unblock your account. • Contract number forgotten: If you've forgotten or lost your contract number, the Help function now includes instructions on what to do. • Transparent fees for payment orders: Effective immediately, you will see a message informing you of any fees incurred when transfers exceed the withdrawal limit. • Show transaction details: You can now view the transaction details of your credit card(s). • Block TWINT: You can now block and unblock your own TWINT account. • And various other quality improvements and bug fixes.

For everyone under 30: The YoungMember banking package is now available for students too. Forgot your password or PIN? No worries – just reset them directly in the app and carry on like nothing happened. Always have a clear view of your home: Now you can see all the details of your mortgage – from interest rates to benefits, amortizations, and loan documents – all at a glance in the app.

We are pleased to introduce you to the latest update of our Raiffeisen app. This release brings some exciting new features and improvements: • Free card choice: When opening a new bank package, you can now choose between a Visa Debit or a Debit Mastercard. • Additional accounts in no time: Easily open additional private or savings accounts directly in the app. The best part: they are usable after just a few minutes. • Effortless smartphone switch: Got a new smartphone? Easily activate the Raiffeisen app by scanning the activation code on your old smartphone. If your old smartphone is no longer available, you will receive a letter with the activation code. • Never miss important information again: notifications are now much more visible directly on the home screen. • Adjust an existing standing order: Now very easily in the Raiffeisen app, whether the standing order was created via the app or through the e-banking system. • How is your portfolio doing? Some users have reported back to us that the app could no longer be used properly after a timeout and that there were occasional problems when calling up documents. Both errors have now been fixed with this update.

These saved recipients can now be selected and reused for new payments through a simple search, without retyping the data. Flexible control over payments and transfers: Modify or delete recorded domestic payments and account transfers retroactively. Control is in your hands, directly from the payment overview or the order confirmation. Easy management of standing orders: Delete existing standing orders directly from the standing order overview. Simple, convenient, and without detours. Password manager integration for effortless login: You can now securely save your defined login information, including contract number and password, in the iOS password manager. A smooth start to your account has never been easier! Performance analysis for asset portfolios: In asset portfolios where performance calculation is enabled, the performance since the beginning of the year (Year-To-Date) is now displayed. A detailed look at the development of your assets. Portfolio with precious metal accounts: Precious metal accounts and investments are now clearly displayed in the corresponding portfolio. Track your precious metal investments at a glance.

Some users have provided us with feedback that the identification process was not working when they needed to scan both sides of the ID. This issue has been resolved with this latest update.

All positions are sorted by main categories and display important information such as the title name, current value, and value change at a glance. You can access position details directly from the position list, and asset allocation is also visible. • Improved mortgage display: We have harmonized the display of mortgages; relevant transactions such as increases or amortizations are now visible directly. • Clearer account information: In the lists of past and upcoming payments, as well as in standing orders, the account holder is now displayed in addition to the beneficiary, IBAN, and category. • Details of standing orders: In the list of your standing orders, you can now view the details. • Email notifications after account opening: Starting now, you will receive email notifications that inform you about the progress of your account opening process. Of course, we have also made various minor improvements and bug fixes to make the banking experience even more user-friendly and intuitive.

Some users have provided us with feedback that the initially set up login was occasionally reset, and subsequently, the app had to be reconfigured. This issue has been resolved with this latest update.
