OTO Meet & Greet automates the walk-in process in the showroom and service center to capture all the customer details and requirements electronically with a few clicks.
Meet and Greet offers customer the ability to have Real-Time lead and enquiry creation in their DMS, and assign the lead directly to a sales executive based on their live availability. It all starts with customer look-up functionality by using either their I.D. or their phone number, then all the customer data is extracted from the CRM.
Other features give managers the ability to review foot traffic within a dealership and run surveys ant the end of every showroom customer journey.
