You can open the app and see the batteries that have been added. Click on any one of them and app simply crashes. Please fix.

At first we got data and while it was not everything we hoped for at least there was data. Now since some update crashed our system—which we rely on to power our house—we can not get the app to stay connected to the Wi-Fi and so have no way to see what is going on with the system. I hope Lion will develop an option for monitoring and controlling a sanctuary system without need for app or Wi-Fi. Offer us an optional screen to wire into the system so in a pinch we have SOMETHING. The data access and system control is too critical a component of a solar system to have be unreliable. PLEASE fix this app. From the reviews, you can clearly see you have a problem.

I purchased 2 UT 1300 batteries and Lion's charger. The batteries came 20% charged. So I charged them prior to placing them in my travel trailer. I then downloaded the Lion Energy app and synced it with the two batteries to discover the app said the batteries were only 80% charged. Contacted the company and was told that I needed to empty the batteries recharge and resync them. For the money to purchase 2 UT 1300 batteries and the charger, my expectations, trust in the product not to mention the app is significantly undermined. Next, the manual that comes with the batteries and charger do not tell you that syncing the app and Battery Management System could be a problem nor how to correct it.

I have been using the Lion Energy app for the last few months! It has been awesome to connect to the summit to view what the energy input and output is! I have been able to monitor the status of my smoker as a test for taking it camping this year and it works like a charm! Can’t wait to take my smoker camping and have the best food while in the mountains!
