Poor productivity, not user friendly, makes easy hard. Bring back CrewZApp!

This app is the definition of making easy hard. Flight attendants have had an app that they all love & enjoyed which allows them to interact. Prior app used had everything that was needed, kept you in touch with your friends, and was easy to navigate thru with all the info that was needed (notifications while moving up on reserve lists, any changes made to schedule, van pick up locations, hotel rates specials, local food places, things to do on overnights etc). Disappointed they dont listen to the people, the employees that actually have to use these things. Again, the Company over employees 👎🏻

Jumping Screens

I hear a lot of complaints online about the “jumping screens” in this app. It appears that the background color is white for areas that are “clickable” and for areas that are not “clickable” thus driving the problem of users accidentally activating additional screens when they really didn’t mean to. A very simple fix for this would be to change the background color of “clickable” areas to a very light shade of grey, thus deliniating clickable areas from non clickable areas. This simple fix would allows users to know that a screen will jump if they touch the areas with a light grey background. Conversely, they know that if they don’t want to accidentally end up on another screen, don’t touch the areas with light grey backgrounds. Simple and effective! Just a suggestion!

We had a fabulous app, CrewZApp, that did what we FA’s needed and wanted it to! Please listen to those of us who are actually out on the line using these apps…BRING BACK CREWZAPP!!! This app is BASIC and makes you re-sign in constantly, which is a HUGE inconvenience while working and at least once a week makes you re-lock the “lock” in order to see the gates and secure info. When we’re changing gates and in a hurry, we don’t have time for that! I miss knowing where my coworkers are and being able to see their schedules and see all the detailed info for my overnights in CrewZApp! Do better for us Southwest!

One of the worst apps ever designed

The interface and layout was clearly designed by someone who has no realization what people who actually use an app like this need or want. There were two previous apps that thousands of people willingly paid for to avoid using this inane app until those were “banned” for yet more inane reasons and excuses. Maybe just making a similar app which was easy to use, worked great and made sense was determined to be much harder than totally dreaming up the worst crew app ever designed.
