Version 2025.5 introduces new enhancements to Inception CRM’s Search, Orders, Cycle Plan, Update Requests, and Media modules, along with minor bug fixes, general improvements, and backend optimizations.
Search: Priority customers now display badges indicating their inclusion in a user’s Target Group throughout the application.
Orders: A new calculator helps users calculate exact discount amounts based on a requested price.
Cycle Plan: The module now displays the name of each HCP’s workplace and specialty in the cycle plan, allowing users to search HCPs by institution name and specialty. A new footer displays the number of results based on the user’s search terms.
Update Requests: Admins can now set HCP “Position” as an optional field when adding new HCPs or requesting data changes.
Media: GPS logging has been extended to include the user’s location when sending approved emails from Inception CRM.

Version 2025.1 brings important enhancements to Inception CRM’s Search, Announcements, Orders, and Update Request modules, along with minor bug fixes, improvements and optimizations:
Search and Announcements
- Admins can now publish announcements related to individual HCPs, not just HCOs.
- Users can search for HCPs who have announcements.
- Person Cards (HCP details) now have an Announcements section where users can view all announcements, including surveys, linked to a particular HCP.
- HCP-linked surveys display the last answer selected by the user along with the timestamp.
Orders
- Admins can now configure product lists to display the EAN code for each product SKU being ordered.
- Additionally, users can now search for products by EAN.
Update Requests
- Users in the Czech Republic can now look up Institutions (HCOs) by company registration number (IČO) in the ARES government registry when creating new institution customers in Inception CRM. The system will now populate all required fields for a new institution from the ARES database.

Version 2024.5 brings important enhancements to Inception CRM’s Planner, My Work, Media, and Tasks modules, along with minor bug fixes, improvements and optimizations:
Closing Days
- Users will now be able to close their days directly in the Planner. Support for Closing Days has been removed from My Work. This change unifies day closing with activity completion in one place.
Media
- Auditing of PDFs has been extended to include time on page, in addition to time spent within a file. This allows managers to see what content within a PFD was presented or viewed by a user, and for how long.
Tasks
- Task Types can now be assigned to specific users based on their roles. This lets companies decide who can create and assign particular task types and initiate task-specific workflows based on their role.
Attachments and Media Files
- Users can now work with more file types in Media, as well as in Attachments. Previously, iOS and iPad users could only work with PDFs and image files. Now they can work with MS Office files (Word, Excel, and PowerPoint), iWork files (Pages, Numbers, Keynote), and video files (MP4, MOV) as well.
