From planning and document management to live meetings and virtual plant inspections to the final report: the entire workflow of an audit process can be easily and transparently controlled using the Remote Audit Solution (RAS).
Remote audits, which are carried out in whole or in part instead of on-site audits, have already proven their worth several times during the Corona crisis. Until now, however, audit participants have had to switch between different media and systems - for example video calls or exchanging information via e-mail. With RAS, TÜV Rheinland has created an all-in-one solution without media breaks, in which all functions and documents are available to participants on just one platform.
High security and data protection standards apply to the platform. Only authorized users who have previously registered have access. The Remote Audit Solution is the most advanced technology currently available on the market. With RAS, TÜV Rheinland raises remote auditing to a new level and ensures that companies can improve their management system even more effectively after professionally conducted audits.
The RAS application is used on mobile devices to participate in audit sessions. Audit participants can use their smartphone or tablet as a mobile camera to conduct audits in production lines, warehouses or outdoors.
