As I long suffering aurender user, it was with great trepidation that I “upgraded” to version 5 but version 4 was driving me crazy and version 3 was getting wonkier and wonkier. They have to have finally brought this program up to snuff, right? Given all the negative reviews, they must have finally figured it out, right? Wrong. I use my aurender primarily as a music server and after installing version 5, my entire library of 5,000+ songs is simply gone. Missing. Now I’m sure that I’ll figure this out (hopefully) but all of this is making me rethink aurender and finally move to Innous.Update: After my initial review reached at to customer service and the experience that I had compelled me to amend this review. They were fantastic- a real person who actually seemed to care about my issue and had the knowledge/ tools to assist. Too soon to rate v5, but the customer service experience is a hands down 5. Thank you.
