Pushpalata Neupane MWell Plus is a thought-sharing platform, where you can share what you are going through in life, and give and receive support or advice. In this platform we have four major features; thought sharing platform, meditational videos, mood tracker, and self-assessment. Through our thought-sharing platform, you can share your thoughts, as your status and how you are feeling, with the motive of feeling lighter or getting support from other users of the application. You can share your thoughts confidentially or by disclosing your identity, completely depends on you. You can take it as a safe space to talk about wellbeing. We also provide therapeutically and guided meditation videos that you can follow to maintain daily well-being in your life. A daily mood tracker is an excellent way for you to have self-reflection, plan your days, and work on your well-being. Self-Assessment is the way to test yourself for any potential disorder, be it anxiety, internet addiction, etc. *Disclaimer: You must visit a professional in case you get any sign of disorder. Our platform only serves as a medium to guide you towards wellbeing.
