There are number of things I like/appreciate with the Geneverse HP2P including having the app. As an initial release, it has been reasonable. But after like 6 mths so far without any updates, that is not "ok". Competitors are releasing at least mthly updates. There are a few items to fix/improve:1) on the main screen to add a unit, the plus should be on a separate line. Currently, my 2nd unit is 1/2 off the screen in the horizontal listing2) usage statistics has generally not worked with my units. Perhaps because I don't have the cloud acct setup yet. But, it should work without for say 1 week minimum of data. 3) not sure why there is a 30 day delay on having battery use limits control by the user4) more customization on the battery recharging rates; at least a middle rate if not user slide bars; (I appreciate the slow charge rate and use that generally.)5) red error msgs for when inputs on but not connected at the top of the screen is odd. If I turn off the inputs, red mgs go away. 6) the connection process via BT/wifi with wifi the final result could be cleaned up with better wording and some adjustment in the flow and/or screens. I get through this process, but at times it is circular depending on how I make my selections given the choices. Updates in part are important to show Geneverse is going to be here going forward and at least some simple things can be fixed/improved along the way.

As another reviewer mentioned, where are the updates to this app? The pro unit holds it own against the competition for a portable home backup solution versus a competitor's unit I have. But I'll probably return the pro unit since Geneverse seems like they aren't going to support it. It seems like it is an "orphaned" app/product(s).

Some reviews are complaining about the app not getting updates. Why? It works great! No update is needed. I downloaded it and was connected to my HomePower Two Pro in minutes. Every feature I tested worked flawlessly, and the display on my phone matched exactly and instantly what was on the power station display. Overall the power station and app work great - zero complaints.

If you are relying on the battery, it works fine, even well, but the charging is not reliable and the software (including duplicate equipment entries) doesn’t allow a consistent and dependable configuration.
