The Omni All In app facilitates the process for Associates to receive and send recognition. An app notification will alert an Associate when recognition is received from a colleague. In order for the app to be activated on a user's mobile device the user will need to enter a one time Company Code and Employee ID. All recognition received and sent will be saved on the app.
