التطبيق يعتمد على تقديم خدمات الغسيل المختلفة (للملابس) من المغاسل المسجلة بالتطبيق مع وجود مناديب لإستلام وتوصيل الملابس من العميل وإلى المغسلة والعكس. يقوم العميل بإختيار المغسلة المطلوب الخدمات منها وتحديد أنواع الملابس والخدمات المطلوب إتمامها، ثم يقوم النظام بإصدار فاتورة للعميل بطلبه وتكلفة التوصيل الخاصة بالطلب، تستلم المغسلة الطلبات الواردة لها من العملاء ثم تقوم بتوجيهها إلى مندوب توصيل من المسجلين بالتطبيق.
