This app connects to a switcher of the ATEM family created by Blackmagic Design and does some basic communication with it.
This communication is recorded and saved into a file. When this is done, after 2-3 seconds, a prefilled e-mail form is displayed, having this file attached. Please send this e-mail to LiveSkills Menssen & Ebelt GbR. Simply click on the send button.
We use this data to integrate new switchers or to find problems with devices. Besides the communication with the switcher no other information is transmitted.
