I have changed my password several times and have yet to be able to log into this app. They advised me at the casino not to use numbers, but it still doesn’t work. Your response to every user is to gin on the web and you give a url, why? Because the app doesn’t work!!!!

If not, please go through the Password reset process which will also provide you with your username. Your username and password are both case sensitive (for now). Numbers and special characters are fine in the password. We have also released an APP update, so make sure that you are on the latest version.

This app was great for a few months and then it literally just stopped tracking. Doesn’t even track points correctly or anything.

It's possible that you have 2 accounts and and are using the account that is not registered for the site. You can re-register using the new Patron ID number.
