The payoff is confusing, the support seems weak.

As BitWalk requested I created a Rock Wallet to receive my Bitcoin earning into. But I have yet to figure out how to transfer the BitWalk bitcoin into the Wallet , or how to exchange any part of it!? Also, I walk on Average, 8-10 miles a day and I asked/set this years goal at 15,000 steps but it has NOT been registered! Why? So I’m stuck with the same daily goal I had for 2025, 12,500 steps. I feel like this App is closer to being Fraud than anything useful.

Literal scam app with AI generated “sponsors”

As others have said this thing is some awful overseas scam to squeeze out ad revenue from users. I also have to mention how one (and probably multiple) of their mobile ads is very clearly an ai generated video of an attractive blonde guy in his 20s selling the app as this amazing thing. It’s obviously not a real person in front of a camera because his head barely moves and his hands keep moving in the same exact way, it’s that weird stiffness that AI generated videos have, which isn’t how any human behaves. His voice is also clearly an AI voice. So Paddle Inc is not only lying to you about the app itself, they’re also straight up lying about having human beings in their advertisements. How is this not illegal for false advertising or something? Oh and the 4.3 star rating is false and clearly inflated using bots and dummy accounts, almost every written review is 1 star, but it’s meant to have over 4 stars? Suuuuure. Don’t download this garbage.

Great concept, needs better cash out options

I like the concept and the ease of use of the app, but there are only 2 cash out options, and from reading the reviews, I wouldn’t want anything to do with either wallet/exchange as it would seem that neither one allows the user to transfer Bitcoin to one’s personal wallet, or cash out at all. I have not downloaded either wallet so I could be mistaken, but I’d rather not put in a lot of time and effort to learn it was all pointless after all. I prefer to cut my losses now so have deleted the app. Will maybe try downloading again in the future and will update this review if more cash out options are offered

BitWalk is widely considered not worth your time and potentially a scam due to user complaints about an inability to cash out rewards, but there is no evidence that it is an insecure platform for handling payment information. You should generally avoid putting your card information into any "get-paid-to-walk" app unless it is a well-established financial institution or explicitly requires it for a purchase you are making. BitWalk specifically does not appear to have a legitimate system for earning significant rewards, and there is no functional reason for it to need your credit card information just to count your steps.
