VITAL DOC application allows you to view vital data, facilitating the monitoring and sharing of data. All data is obtained through an API or by typing manually. The system is prepared to receive temperature, oximetry, blood pressure, weight, height and electrocardiogram data from one derivation. The application does not directly access or capture information from medical equipment. The application displays information provided by APIs that may or may not be used by third-party medical systems (hospitals or clinics), which is not the responsibility and/or scope of the application. The data may also contain a risk classification suggestion. This app is free and new features will be released in the future.
ATTENTION:
(1) We warn that this application should not be used for self-medication without any medical prescription, diagnosis or treatment monitoring. Always consult a physician for health guidelines.
(2) The app does NOT offer any kind of medical service. The app is just a gateway to allow users to see their own vital signs data. This data can come from an external source.
(3) We provide credentials (by contract) to business partners so they can input or update data.
Example: a Doctor from a partner clinic can type, into the system, patient’s blood pressure so patient can have its blood pressure’s historical data.
