The app is not user friendly. It's very difficult to get support on claims. When you need additional support it takes you to the WhatsApp chat that later takes you back to the app. My car has been repaired by the shop 5 days ago and the wheel is still under repair by another shop, no one can give me an answer and I can't submit a complaint either

One of the worst app experiences

The app is really not user-friendly, and one of the biggest issues is the reimbursement process. Once you submit a request, you can’t see the documents you uploaded. Several times, my claims have been denied with a message saying a certain document is missing—but since I can’t see what I already submitted, I have no idea what’s missing.The chat function is also frustrating. It’s advertised as “chat with expert”, but in reality, it’s just a basic bot with very limited capabilities. There’s no way to get proper support or clarification unless you call in. And when you call in, you have to go through many stages before talking to a real person who will give you different responses each time. Honestly, it feels like the system is designed to be confusing and difficult on purpose, just to discourage people from following through with claims or to avoid paying out whenever possible.

The app is impossible. It’s basically an advertisement and it’s extremely difficult to actually address your claims and/or requests. If you want to speak to an employee, you’ll need to go through half a dozen steps, which take at least 15 minutes. Nearly every claim is refused, and you have to go through several rounds in order to get it approved. If you have a request for approval while you are at the hospital, go home, because approval will NOT be coming anytime soon, so don’t waste your time. If they disapprove your claim “there is no procedure” for them to seek approval themselves and explain to the doctor what they need, you have to talk to the doctor for them. In short, this insurance is part of Saudi Arabia’s past—if you want the future, go elsewhere.

When Patients come to hospitals or clinics it’s not for entertainment it’s for medication and get better treatments, we expect medical insurance to support patients and not make their life difficult , seeking approvals for official prescription should be ease as per the pre the process, your insurance company make it hard and provide rejections for clear procedure to just show unprofessional and irresponsible replies, wars of that you don’t answer direct calls and just hang up calls, this is not what Tawanya used to be unfortunately we are unsatisfied customers and will not recommend you to friends or colleagues, we will rate you very low rates no proper customer care services
