■ About “Auto-renewable Subscriptions”
We offer a “Premium Plan” with monthly auto-renewal billing within the app.
If you do not cancel auto-renewal at least 24 hours before the end of the current period, the subscription will be automatically renewed.
You will be charged for the renewal within 24 hours before the end of the current period.
●Check Subscription Period / Cancel Subscription
You can check your subscription status and cancel it by going to the device's Settings app > Tap your Account > Subscriptions > Select EUREKA5.
*If you do not see a “Subscription,” you are not subscribed to auto-renewal.
●Restore Purchase
When changing devices, you can restore your purchase for free. Log in with the same Apple ID used at the time of purchase, then tap the “Restore Purchase” button.
●Important Notes
・Subscriptions cannot be canceled by any other means.
・Cancellations for the current month are not accepted.
・Payments are processed through your Apple account.
