I have had this app before and was able to get into my account through it without giving my password, i forget how. I redownloaded it like a month later, it said i would get a three day free trial and then be charged almost 30 dollars. I usually use free trials for apps like this and then cancel it and delete the app. I was immediately charged and now have this app for a year. I can't even log into it. I don't know how to get a refund but I am not very happy

Thank you for your feedback!1. The app uses the original service page to log into your account, the app cannot get your password.2. The trial is not renewed after cancellation. You installed the app before, used the trial then and cancelled it. Now you downloaded the app again and decided that you will have a trial again? But no, it does not work like that. If you have already used the trial once, it will no longer be there and the subscription will start with payment.3. You do not want to log in or an error occurs during the login process? If errors occur, please describe them and we fix them: support@mobile-apps.devWe wish you all the best!

I don't mind the ads but when you can't even get out of the ads what's the point why would i buy the premium when I can't even get the app to work with the ads having no exit button
