This app worked fine for the first 6 months I had it. Then all of a sudden, I can no longer open my File. I tried contacting their support team, but to no avail. Unfortunately, you can’t call them, but have to File a Ticket, thereby making it easy to ignore, which they have done now for over a week when promising a 24 hour response time.

They do not care about the mobile app and if you want to use IPC documents your at their mercy. Would think a company that supports 100,000+ customers worldwide does not care about its own image.Can’t wait until a new solution comes out to get paired with IPC so their workflow can actually be usable in this century.

Only open one page at a time by selecting bubble. No means to scroll from page to page.
