Great App to Track My Body Changes

I’ve been using Ourself Health to track my hypothyroidism symptoms and the changes my body has been going through with perimenopause and menopause. I’ve struggled with sleep my whole adult life and only recently realized it might be tied to hormones. Lately, I’ve experienced so many changes at once, including sudden weight gain, hair loss, and changes to my skin, energy, and mood. I barely recognized myself and wanted to feel like my old self again.Using Ourself has really helped me make sense of what’s going on. Logging my symptoms consistently helped me notice patterns I never would have seen before and manage things more proactively. Sharing that data with my doctor and nutritionist has also helped me get better, more personalized care. I love how the app connects my tracking to patterns over time and helps me see how changes relate to my hormonal cycle.It has become a steady and grounding part of my routine, a space to check in with myself and see how my body is shifting day to day. I would recommend it to anyone who wants to understand their body better and feel more in tune with it.

I have literally spent years feeling confused and alone in my menopause journey. Ourself has been the first place that helped everything start to make sense. The app explains my hormones in clear, human language and helps me understand what’s happening, not just cope. It's also really great logging my thyroid labs and seeing instantly if I am in range or not. Instead of feeling like I am going crazy, for the first time I feel more in control - I am not the only one going through this, there are clear scientific reasons for this, and there is a way forward.
