Don't capitalize the tournament ID keyboard
Add 26, 27, 28, 29, 30, 31 and 32 player support
Fix bracket rounding for bigger tournaments
Reduce width compression since brackets can get very wide now
Reduce index letter spacing for big brackets
Use smaller winner buttons, since we can have more brackets
Remove leftover read-only QR tooltip reference
Update all dependencies, C++17, ios 16
