Interlude is designed to help you fight your phone app or social media addiction (including overuse of Twitter, Facebook, Instagram, YouTube and TikTok)! To help you combat excessive use or excessive checking of your apps, Interlude adds a delay for launching the apps. You set how many times per day you'd like to use each app, and Interlude will make the delay longer and longer as you approach your limit.
