I am physically disabled and use a walker that has 4 wheels, hand brakes, a seat, and folds enough to fit in a vehicles trunk. 97 to 98% of the drivers have been very courteous and respectful. They even put my walker in the trunk for me and when we arrive back home they get my walker and any bags I have they remove from the trunk. I have been very happy and thankful for having this service on my health plan and the quality of the drivers and vehicles.

Appt. was super quick, but it took hours to get picked up after appt., because the app never gave me the ride provider company name or number to call.It was stuck on submitted. Called help center several times to say app still says submitted with no ride provider. They gave me the ride provider name and confirmed my appt., but no ride provider number to call. I googled the company name, but it was out of service. Help center would transfer me to the main line, but there was either no answer, was told that they didn’t take my insurance anymore starting jan 1st (although they just took me to the appt.), the phone would keep ringing, and the automated system said it was closed and hung up…the list goes on. I finally got picked up by the same ride provider that took me to the appt., but only because I called my actual insurance and they called the ride provider themselves to tell them I was ready for pickup. The ride is over and complete, however, the app still says submitted and no ride provider and to call the help center like the appt. & rides never took place.A glitch and stuck on submitted? Someone never hit the approved button to give me the ride provider info. I needed? Idk

First off it was just hard to explain to the agents just to get them to understand and input a simple trip. This was after my provider had me start to call and schedule for myself. Then, out of nowhere, they decide to cancel all of my trips saying that I was reported as doing something fraudulent. Which was a lie because each agent told me something different, for example; it wasn’t true that a report was made, it was the mileage was too much and I had to get my insurance to override it. Which turned out to be the REAL PROBLEM after I was treated cruelly and biased as if I did do something wrong. Now they keep canceling the trips that I now have to call the fraud department to make and I am constantly calling to correct them sometimes over 5 times a day with different agents until it’s right. I don’t need this in my life as I’m already ridden with terrible health issues and I just lost my father recently and another family member was buried yesterday. This is not including the daily stress that life naturally brings anyway in dealing with everything else. I’m on hold now wondering again why my trips were canceled and why l wasn’t notify that they were being canceled and a reason why. I just happened to check the app for a ride and noticed all too late. How. Could, it be fraud anyway when you are riding to a doctor office? I am not understanding this at all. My insurance states that it provides me with a ride or also reimbursement if I have to drive myself. Regardless of this, I still have to go to the appointments. HAVE TO. So what is the reason for all the hassle, discrimination, and trash service??? They are violating my rights under HIPPAA and I intend on taking action against this company for it. No person should ever be allowed to be treated like this.

The reason why I am writing this review because I want everyone to know what my experience has been with this company. I recently had put a case on a guy that had me and my son and husband in danger as he was taken us to the appointment I requested to Access 2 Care about the situation, and my son recently had his appointment. They gave me the same guy he was sitting in the car with a hat on trying to hide his identity at I just told them not to give me him because I had fell endangered and I recently had put a case on him if you guys are requesting access to care about a situation or a person that you ride with I advise you to take it up with Corporate or call the local police because I told him my issues and put two cases on this guy and they not only did not fire him but they took up for him and let him get away with it and still gave me the same person to ride. I know he's not the only person that rise in that company and nor is the only one that rides for that I live in I put two cases on this guy because not only did he almost had me late for my appointment, but he was speeding in the car with my son without making sure that he was locked in. He didn't open the door for me. He sat in the passenger seat because I wasn't feeling good and I felt like I was about to pass out instead of him getting out being a gentleman helping me he watched me struggle, while my husband was trying to ask him how the open the door he just told us to open it. He was very rude listening to music very loud. and when I called them and told them what happened they told me that they were going to take care of it and gave me 6 to 7 letter stating that the drivers was right and I was wrong. They didn't give him no type of consequences and they took up for the driver recently, my son had his appointment I looked and he was the same guy
