If I could give zero stars I would. Totally inaccurate information on bus service and arrivals.Worse: my family and I were abruptly dropped off in the middle of nowhere at 10pm on a winter night by a driver who could not deliver us to our destination. He told us we would have to wait 30min for the next bus. No support, no guidance. And, an obscenity as he drove away in a bus “not in service”. If this is what you call a public service, I would hate to see how you treat those suffering.Dropping this app as the most $#%*! I could possibly subscribe. Thanks for nothing!

I walked to catch a bus at 11:13, couple minutes passed by and I called customer support. The employee on the line wasn’t very helpful or informative and said there had to be something wrong with my phone because he didn’t know where I was getting my departure times from. He said the next bus wasn’t until 12:50. The app is inaccurate and the customer service rep wasn’t great either.

Not accurate at all. It just doesn’t come on schedule or doesn’t come at all. The app doesn’t give you any information. Just false hope. Do yourself a favor and rent a car. The shuttle is free and worth every penny.

I’m sure why the reviews are bad for this app - I had accurate information, buses were on time, and it was all super easy.
