The AI is good, but in two player mode, O's can't win on the bottom row or the right row. When that happens, x's have a hard time winning on the horizontal and vertical middle rows respectively.

Lol, I had an urge to play tick tack toe, got this app, played it then deleted it,It's good, but to have it as a app, stupid, it would be cool if there was a few games, you know, hang man and stuff
