Hello Vino is your virtual wine assistant. Buying wine is fun and easy with Hello Vino's recommendations for food and wine pairings, special occasions and personalized wine picks based on your taste preferences.

Similar to getting help from a wine expert, simply tap through Hello Vino's question-and-answer interface to find the perfect bottle for thousands of meals, special occasions, and flavor profiles.
The Hello Vino app uses artificial intelligence to learn about your wine preferences. As you tap through the choices, scan wine labels and rate your favorites, the app will make new wine recommendations based on your activity and settings.
Wine should be fun, not overwhelming or intimidating. Hello Vino has a strict NO SNOBS ALLOWED policy.

more I’ve had this app probably since its release, or early in after being released, and it has not failed me through all of these years. It has helped me keep tabs of my favorite wine and find wine when I wasn’t sure what I wanted. Everyone should have this app and share it with their friends! ;-)

This app is pretty disappointing. I had such high hopes, as the star rating was high, and the number of reviewers was high as well. I paid $3 to have adds removed, however every time you enter the app, I am hit with a full page add to sign up and save. Then I paid $5 to be able to take scans, because this is not a basic feature. You either enter an email address for a limited number, or pay for unlimited. Neither is worth it, as the feature doesn’t work properly. It takes a while to load. When it does I’ve experienced 3 issues 1) it can’t find my wine 2) the wine title is populated to the search field, making you think it found the wine, but you get a pop up saying the wine can’t be found 3) the wine is found, however when I try to select nothing happens. I would expect that after paying the amounts I did that I would t have anything to complain about.

Good app for those wishing to catalog their own wine collection or just all the wines they try for future reference. Offers suggestions for food pairings. Offers bargains on wine purchases. Good all around app for the general wine drinking public.

This app has been updated by Apple to display the Apple Watch app icon.
This is the biggest Hello Vino update ever. Our "Vintage 5.0" re-launch has a stunning new design with a simple and elegant Question-and-Answer interface to help you buy wine, with ALL NEW personalized "Wine For You" recommendations based on your specific taste preferences.
Other huge improvements include a streamlined label scanner and "My Wines" notebook to save and remember your favorites. And... we're thrilled to introduce the new Hello Vino Wine Club, where you can have personalized wine shipments delivered every month (and of course you can easily pay with Apple Pay).
