I don’t pretend to know how many American Military / Defense / Business / Ex-Patriot customers you have....but it’s gotta be more than 20,000 based on the amount of people being ordered to live here who serve the US military (and their dependents at times) combined with those whom retired here from the US with Korean wives & families. Nor do I presume to know how many American business men & women come here frequently enough to be regular customers. Nor do I know how many US Department of Defense Civilian Contract Workers are here (but it’s also significant & they stay for 5 yrs at a time).....but it’s gotta be more than 20,000 customers....and you only provide a Korean version of your billing app?? In the United States any Mobile Carrier is required to have multi-lingual billing options. Why is there not an English version of this app by now? I am not stating that there shouldn’t be a Hangul option....that’s important. But English is the most universal and practical version you could provide for anyone not native to Korea; which I have no doubt is a significant part of your revenue bottom line.
