Can app be updated for higher quality pics? And fix camera bug?

Update: This app is no longer working for me at all since the latest IOS 8 update. :(I really do enjoy this app a lot. It can be a bit slow to load, but the functionality of it is way better than I found anywhere else. But since it's last update in 2011, quality of pics has gone up, so it'd be nice if it could be applied to this app.Also, there seems to be a slight bug where the app defaults to the front camera, when I want it to be the back camera. I think an update would fix this. Can we get one?

Update: I updated the app to the new v1.2 and to my disappointment, I found that the "Vault" feature it's not part of the upgrade, you need to PAY extra for it. That's not disclosed in the description list, and I feel it's not a cool way to deal with customers. Now the app is free, so those who DL it can pay the extra cost for the vault without incurring in any additional charges. But I paid for the app, and I feel that paying extra for an updated feature is not right. In addition, the update deleted ALL my alibis, that after a lot of hard work, I had put together in the proper sequence to make the video recording as stealth as possible. Now I have to start all over again. Very aggravating.Because of the above, I took away three stars from my previous review, and went back to the previous version until the developer fixes the problem, and makes the vault a free addition of the paid app. Also, since my last review, I've found another way to move my spy pics to another app, and have them pw locked in it. So I really don't need the Vault feature that bad. I won't update this app ever again. Can't trust the developer.

This is a wonderful app, I feel devilish to have it, especially the way I use it! SpyPic is the best spy picture app I have ever used. The buttons for taking the snapshot are on the bottom. They say "Take P" for take picture, and "Take V" for video. It does have Both features on it though. When you press either button, it takes about 4-5 seconds to process, and then it takes the picture/video. Which is not efficient at all! You can not use the front camera.You don't know when the picture is being taken so you look suspicious to someone who would see you. ( you would have to hold in place for a long time.) (or the picture is blurry because you could move when it is taken because you don't know when it is taken..) It makes the picture taking noise if you have sound on.Can not browse InternetCan not store photos in the app Photo Vault. ( gotta love the PV )So therefore, SpyPic is the top dog in taking pictures without people knowing.Thank you for making this app!!!-Drew

This app WAS fantastic… But it needs some serious updating, as technology has zipped along for the last three years and it hasn't kept up. It's about four versions behind in iOS compatibility, and it looks terrible on an iPhone 6. I'd be thrilled to give it a couple more stars if the updates can bring improvement. (And I agree with the reviewer who talked about his frustration with it randomly toggling between front and back cameras when you open the app...too many secret photos taken of my own face and hand!)

Many updates! New Features/Improvements: - Photo Vault is now PASSWORD PROTECTED (most requested feature) - SpyPic now supports two modes: ‘Quick Mode’ and Regular. Quick mode allows you to take photos faster with no noise (no longer have to manually put your device on vibrate) and regular is the original way. iPod Touch 4th Gen users can use Quick Mode to silence the shutter noise. - Option to disable the automatic timer. This will come in handy when you want to take photos quickly by tapping the screen. - Automatic photo timer now can take photos every 3 seconds (previously 5) - New Icon! - App now installs as ‘SP’ instead of SpyPic - New ‘Stealth Mode’ that locks the alibi screen and transparency in place to prevent inadvertent changes - Fixed bug that removed custom alibi activities when upgrading app Be sure to try out the two add-ons!
