New app is terrible - Issues are better

can we please have the old app back? It was so nice because it immediately pulled up my sponsored child’s information and getting to the point where I could pray the daily prayer was just one click. Now I’m having all kinds of issues logging in. It has lost my child’s information in the app and I’ve had to delete and reinstall the app. Please just bring back the old app.Edit: I still prefer the old app, but the issues above have been fixed and now clicking on my daily prayer notification takes me straight to the prayer page.

I haven’t had any issues with log ins or letter writing and the like. I do like this app quite a bit. My only request is to bring back the notification when your child writes to you. I’m sometimes several weeks late reading and responding because there’s no flag on the app icon (yes notifications are “on” for the app)

The intention behind this app is amazing. The purpose God sent. The follow-through is severely lacking. The app will not allow me to send correspondence for days, weeks, even. I guess it would be more efficient for me to actually mail out handwritten letters to my sponsored child because it will not present all the written text I enter in the message, there are times it just gets stuck and will not advance to the next screen. It took a while for it to even update to reflect my new sponsored child to begin with. As a result, my sponsored child is not getting as many letters as I would like to have sent. Please fix this, immediately.
