The ADAC Pannenhilfe App offers you quick and intuitive help with reporting accidents or breakdowns to the ADAC worldwide. It is easy to use and always ready for use. To save time in an emergency, you can create your profile and your vehicles in advance in the app and/or have your data synchronized by registering (login) on adac.de. Thanks to the location function, the ADAC Pannenhilfe App automatically determines the location of your breakdown. In an emergency, all important information can be transmitted to our helpers quickly and easily. Once you have requested help, you will be kept up to date on the current order status via push and status messages. You will also be informed of the expected waiting time and you will have the opportunity to track the driver's location live shortly before arrival. The ADAC Pannenhilfe App is available to all users free of charge - including non-members. However, the assistance provided by ADAC roadside assistance is only free for members within the scope of the membership conditions.
