I would like to see a more user friendly platform for people with disabilities. The font on the app doesn’t adapt with the font size that I use to read basic text messages. Also, due to the aging population, this will also help them as well.

Who ever came up eith the halh baked idea to use face scanning? Only bank in Thailand that dies this. Does not work. Tried 10 times. Failed every time. Does not tell you why it failed. The old app was quite good. Very usable. You allready have a picture of all your customers. If you really want to use face recognition then Fire your Fevelooer and hite someone competent enough to produce a working program. The online app isalso very cartoonish comparef to other Thai Banks, but for now i will just have to continue using it. I will however just phase out this bank and use others.

Once you finally get this set up it's a pretty good app. Just keep in mind when you set it up it keeps telling you to shut off the Internet. What it needs to tell you is to use cell data only. And then at some point you have to go back and turn on the Internet. It's kind of frustrating to set up. And for a big bank like this it's kind of embarrassing that they would have an app that is so difficult to install. But then again it's Thailand. Is there

Recently I gave this a one star. I would like to change to 4 star. My AIS sims card was not compatible with bank. Went to AIS store and told them the issue, received a new sims card and that fix the issue.
