I love this game, it's very fun yet challenging and I often need to use the hints. However, whenever I try to enter the password into the combination lock, no numbers show up. My sister had the same game on her device with the same problem. What is going on?

because it was a well- designed game in most respects. Most puzzles made sense, only one or two were too far out there and the compass directions were backwards. The game crashed a few times, but let me right in with only minimal loss of progress. My biggest beef was the ending, or the lack of it. I get my motivation from the story, and there was no resolution, even with the challenge ending. No fire, no grandmother, no altering of history. Just hey, you made it out of the room, hooray, and by the way we have a sequel for you. The sequel description doesn't mention the grandmother or her delusional lover, not to mention the fact that a separate game should have its own resolution. Hey, game designers, I don't like being left hanging. It makes me feel ripped off.

When I first got this game, it was great until i've changed device and then got the chance to download it. Unfortunately, this game needs to be fixed majorly. Firstly, i somehow cannot check the chandelier when i tilt my device. Second, as most have mentioned, the combination lock is completely blanked out with no numbers showing. Third (maybe), there maybe an item missing from the balcony.I want to finish this game so badly!

After playing for an hour and nearly at the end, the game crashed when I put the yellow gem in the sword. When I opened the game up again it brought me all the way back to the beginning. I won't bother to start all over again. I don't mind an occasional crash but no progress saved? Really? I'm not going to bother playing it again, at least until I see an update.
