Poor service, they don’t respond promptly,when you bank online they intentionally use the money from you foreign account so you have little coins left for them always,they’re always packed and there’s not enough people to serve you and they’re always slow,every time I spend more than an hour in this bank!!!

Constant problem trying to log-in...Sometimes does not work on WiFi, you need to use mobile network.Sometimes you need to delete the app completely, download it again from the App Store and then to authenticate.As an almost complete digital user I am switching to another bank
