We have really enjoying this service to help us build our positive feedback. The app is easy to use when requesting a review. However, I need more from this app as a social media manager for our company. When you go online you can share to your socials but I am ALWAYS on my phone. And I would like to be able to see my worker’s reviews, not just their average. And I would like to be able to click 1 button to be able to share it to a story or to the page feed.

So far I like the app, it seems intuitive enough, however I found that when the app is in dark mode none of the lettering changes which sets black text against a black background. More than likely if it doesn’t get fixed I will stop using the app as switching between light and dark modes will get annoying over time.
