Needs to be optimized for newer phones, I think. The drop down menus do not show a “Next” button after a selection, so I have to click out and redo the drop down. Viewfinder does not show the actual picture thats taken. I think the app uses a different camera lense (wide angle) for the actual pictures but the viewfinder uses the regular camera. No tap to focus, and no choice for camera lense switching needs to be changed. iPhone 15 Pro.Android app worked better, surprisingly.

Haven’t been able to start one claim because I always get the same message about having issues with the servers

This app is great and claim approval is fast! A few things need to be fixed before I give 5 stars. First -- we need a next/previous button when entering information. The next button that goes to the upper left of the key board. Second -- fix the description of the tire. When you put the part # for a Goodyear excellence tire in, it pre fills (BMW) and will not let you continue because of the (). They need to be removed from all tire descriptions. Third -- if there is a way to adjust the order the pictures are taken. Sometimes it's easier to take the pics before you fill out the claim. If possible I would like the option to take the pics first before I do the claim info. This could save the tech some time. Keep up the good work. The app is great!

The app is pretty good, so good it has prevented me from doing any on-site inspections for this company for some time now. This saves about $100 and 24-48 hour turnaround time on the independent on-site inspection. This app hurt my independent inspection business, but whomever decided to develop this deserves a raise, he just saved Safeguard tons of administration dollars by eliminating most independent inspections and sped the process up for their consumers. Brilliant!
