Submitted a technical question on the app today and within 30 minutes received a call from Alex in tech support concerning an issue with a heat pump, could not be more impressed with the amount of knowledge and professionalism. I have been doing HVAC for many years, but the issue I was having was one you only run into twice in a lifetime. This is on of the most useful HVAC app on the market. It makes it soo easy to get pricing to complete proposals without having to call, find those odd parts that for some reasons you call it another name and you don’t want to look stupid for calling it that so you have to find out the original name by looking on this app, check warranties in a Flash, pay for parts, or get a grand total so you know for sure the price it is going to cost your company, and so much more. This app is the reason Why I prefer to sale Gemaire products.

My AC isn’t working today. After a quick panic, I entered the Serial # and my last name into the warranty tool, and it quickly let me know that I am covered under warranty. Great when technology just works!
