Love the fact I can upload pictures for others to identify! Super love the quizzes, except for one thing.. Since it’s a learning tool, when you get it wrong it needs the option for the defining characteristics of said species. Otherwise I’m not learning what to look for in the field.

I’m using this app to learn to identify mushrooms. I like the way the pictures of mushrooms change so that you have to learn how a mushroom looks in many stages and different positions. I’ll know next season whether it truly helped me recognize the different mushrooms!

So far pretty good, I love that you can access the mushrooms by season. I have yet to take it out to the woods, but I’m excited to try and I enjoy reading and learning more about the different types. Also I like how it uses common names along with scientific names.

Really cool and informative. Still needs a little brush up work. For instance, there are typos and confusing wording here and there. Also you should be able to drop a pin by touch under the online consultation.
