II Barbie II
Like others said, I do wish the providers we have abroad to be as good and fun as this one. It’s super easy to use, has great gifts and services and marketing wise I don’t see how people in Greece use any other pay as you go , non-contract provider. Also, kudos for the calling tunes.

Another year another empty promise

Year after year “whatsup” tells us all they are working on English language support and it never comes. Either they only have seasonal interns working on it or they honestly do not care. This is the slowest app development in history. And now with the biggest tourism boom the country has seen in a long time, they still do not support English as a bare minimum. The competitors offer English 🤷🏻‍♂️. Also on the website as well as on the app, there is no customer support. They miss manage data and double book your purchases and in the end you only get half of what you paid for. Simple automation stuff. Not to mention the 50text messages you continuously get, bombarding you with useless information and specials. Bravo OTE ta kataferete pali.

The app will be fairly easy to use for the most part, it has a clear breakdown of categories and easy to use interface to add more to the category you want.Because “What’s Up” is the most favored choice by most travelers to Greece I am puzzled why there is no English support let alone support for any other language. It seriously harms the usability of the app; it’s absence is especially surprising considering the 1314 What’s Up hotline at least had an English phone tree

The interface has a whole bunch of items thrown helter skelter on screen, without any segmentation and separation of items that are commercials, items that are for the user to use, items that are for a user’s information and so on. (A teenager’s room after a party would be more tidy.) A thorough redesign is needed that separates things and explains whether an item is 1. a button to press on, 2. an information piece to the user, 3. a commercial.
