I have figured out NOT to press pause while streaming this app on my iPad. You pause a show in mid-steam and you might think it should only be awaken when you press play later. Nope! It turns itself back on if my iPhone nearby gets an incoming call. Imagine having to answer the phone call while trying the shut the noisy iPad app down. No other iPad streaming app acts this way. The smooth streaming, professional and elegant presentation of news and programs, and great quality of picture and sounds make it one of my favorite apps! I have been watching these channels for many years. They have become a part of my daily life. For the ads which another reviewer mentioned, I don’t have ads for my usage of this app. Not sure if it’s because of the region in which the user is in, and in my case, I am in North America.

While 90% of the media in HK are biased in today’s political atmosphere, TVB reporters dare to bring facts to the audiences. Bravo!

Not to mention the annoying ads, it’s an extreme disgrace that this so called news reporting team practices self censorship for public opinion manipulation.The whole company is eagerly demanded to be completely shut down by the mass majority in Hong Kong. And hopefully this will happen soon one day, for the bitter fruit it planted. The whole team of the department should also deserve their doomsday trial, for allowing this misfortune continues while staying ‘neutral’ and indifferent.
