I set my app up and used it. Worked fine. But when I have gone to use it the last couple times- it says my password and email don’t match. (I have them written down and saved and they are accurate) I figured maybe the app just wants me to update them. I clicked forgot. No. Won’t work. It says my email isn’t accurate? It’s the same email I have had for 30 years. :/ then out of the blue it advances to the next screen and asks for my child’s or pets name… and prescription number. I enter it.. and it says it’s wrong and re-enter. Sigh. It’s accurate and there isn’t anything I can change.

Safe Meatball
Thanks to the convenience of this app and how user friendly it is, I was able to refill all my prescriptions from the privacy of my own phone. No need for any more embarrassing trips to the drug store! It also is helpful to track my Thrive account cuz we all know if it’s not on my phone I’m not going to remember it! Thanks Kinney’s keep crushing it :)

It’s so much easier with icons for my prescription refills and thrive rewards right on the login screen - even gave an Rx transfer a try and it was super intuitive - I’m absolutely loving the new updates!

The app loses track of which meds I have. And it also offers me the option to refill a script and when I press the button, it immediately tells me it’s too early to refill.Buttons at the bottom of the screen don’t scroll to full view. The button to refill all your available scripts is hidden in the middle of a paragraph of text with no color distinction.
