My mother has been playing the game for years. The new update makes you bet high, 900k minimum on all games for hers. This takes your money fast. She purchase regularly on the game. I tried fixing it for her and then emailed support for help when I couldn’t fix it. They said they made that change to the game. The more money you have the larger minimum bet they require. How can they choose to waste your money quickly by requiring million dollar bets? No longer a fan of the game. It rips off your money. Don’t spend money buying coins like she has. She spends about $30 a month. With the new change, it won’t last that long. Prior you could bet any amount on most slots. It was your choice to risk high amounts. They need to fix it. It is like stealing our money already paid for in the game. We will no longer purchase coins

I used to love this game, have been playing it for years. But recent updates have greatly changed the payouts and betting requirements, making it near impossible to win. It feels like the developers have done this on purpose to get people to buy more coins. I get the need for revenue but games like this aren’t fun when you lose all the time. Don’t waste your money on any in-app purchases! You get literally nothing back for the money put in. With the current updates causing fewer wins, you are basically paying to lose. And you lose so often, the game is no longer entertaining. The “challenges” are money grabs that don’t payout even 1/4 of the coins it costs to play them. Bonuses, scatters, genies, money bags and other fun rewards are also almost non existent now. I can play for weeks without a single one appearing. Sadly, after reading others’ recent reviews, many are experiencing the same issues. It’s disappointing. This is not the game I once loved. I will be deleting it and recommend not wasting your time or money either. There are other slot games out there that actually let you win regularly, providing extended entertainment.

Have been playing this for many, many years! I have lost a lot, but I have won a lot. What makes this game very special is the tech support. I have screwed up on bets, not checking to see that I am betting a billion! They check back and give your coins back! Even when my hubby was playing and our parrot kept increasing his bet, (he was not watching the bird), they gave most of his loss back. I usually have Melissa White as my go to person. She is the best! I love playing the gems games, but am out again. Just waiting for a great sale! Thank you!
