Honestly I have never experienced a problem with this app in the 2+ years I have had it, though I often forget my password and have to call to get it changed, it’s always gone by smoothly when that has happened. 10/10

Banking through phone apps should be convenient and quick. However, this app has to be removed and reinstalled 1-3 times every week and Face ID rarely works leading to manual log ins. Considering changing banks just due to the fact that this is so annoying and time consuming. 5 years should have been ample time to get those 2 things straightened out. Plus the inconvenience of week long holds on large deposits as well as no ability to have immediate, same day money transfers from apps is a little archaic at this point in society. All of my family and friends who use different banks (some local, some national) have told me that I’m using the wrong bank if I can’t even get money transferred same day from apps like PayPal and if they want to hold my large check deposits for a week that have never once in 5 years been an issue of any kind. I guess I wanted this bank to prove them wrong but I now agree.

I had been using the app awhile and it had to update recently. After this update it made me log in with the password instead of remembering it like before. Today we had to use a different card because a transaction required more than we had in the account. Had I been able to login without my wife’s phone that was in the car while we were in the store, we would have checked the account and transferred money to cover the transaction.That caused a lot of stress and made for a difficult situation.I hope that never happens again. I asked to register this device . Do it!

There are so many new things in just the short few months I wasn’t with Progressive! I am glad I made the switch back to people who actually care if I receive service and have money in their bank! Rewards are awesome!
