This app makes remote banking very easy to perform. I would highly recommend this app, I use it on 2 different apple devices; iPad & iPhone, and they both work without any issues.

The app is easy to access, the big complaint I have is that it changes from day to day. It looks like it just takes the last 60 days, and adds/subtracts the transactions in that time period. I’ve gone into the bank and showed the screenshots and print outs that I made . This makes it hard to plan if say, one partner makes a purchase and forgets to tell the other about it so we can put it in the register. The biggest value of online banking is being able to reconcile the checkbook, but when the balance changes it makes it hard, and we’ve overdrawn a few times because the balance is hundreds different from one day to the next. Two days ago there was a positive balance of $700+. Today my husband is taking an advance because we show -$300. Please update the software to show current balance instead of whatever it is you’ve got now.

For my 2 business accounts and one personal it would be so helpful if:1. I had one login that allows me to see them all at same time2. I could deposit checks in all accounts from same screen without a separate ap and login for remote deposit3. I could transfer money via Zelle from my accounts to pay people 4. I could connect remote accounts in other banks owned by me for transfers 5. I could transfer money from my personal to business (I’ve been told this is not possible)These are all things I was able to do at the prior 3 banks I’ve used including RBC, Chase, and Huntington

Useful, easy to use, really like having remote access to my account info regardless of my location.
