Maybe we have a watered down version but Sugar in general is worthless. App crashes often. Hard to navigate while on the road. Doesn’t mesh well with apple products for logging incoming calls and you will drive into the ditch attempting to make a call through the app. Again I think we are paying for a Chevy and everyone else is driving a Rolls?

Whatever update happened recently to the web based version has left out a lot of helpful info. All of the “action” buttons are missing for one. Create buttons don’t show up unless you put your mouse pointer over it. Very frustrating.

- When you tap a link to a Sugar record, it now opens the record directly in the app.
- You can now tap anywhere on a smart guide activity to open it.
- Timeline allows you to filter or search immediately rather than waiting for it to load.
- In landscape mode, the app adjusts to not overlap the dynamic island.
Fixed Issues:
- If a user with read-only access to the Teams field created an opportunity, they encountered an error.
- Certain fields were not allowed to be sorted in list view.
