Sobald man die App neu lädt, verliert man sämtliche bereits gekaufte Ausgaben. Das gilt dann auch dann, wenn man auf ein neues IPhone-Modell upgradet. Das Brigitte App Support Team hilft einem nicht weiter. „Sorry, das ist halt so!“. Sehr frustrierend.

Vielen Dank für Ihr Feedback! Wir bedauern es natürlich, dass Sie nicht zufrieden sind. Um auf Ihre bereits gekauften Inhalte zugreifen zu können, müssen Sie einmal Ihre Käufe wiederherstellen. Das machen Sie, indem Sie in der neuen App oben rechts auf den kleinen Pfeil klicken und den Punkt "Alle Käufe wiederherstellen" auswählen. Probieren Sie es gern aus. I've had problems getting issues to download since the new app was introduced. I e-mailed asking why I had to delete one issue in order to get another (both paid for but not read) and am still waiting for a reply.I will not renew my subscription.

Update deleted all my old issues incl. markup ...

... and "restore" of course does not work. Support can only be called from within Germany. After decades of reading Brigitte, some in Germany, some in in the US, this will be the straw that breaks the camel's back if their email support again proves inept at resolving the issue. Last year I actually had to re-subscribe to to regain access.
