Ok, after everything I experienced with the game today. I had to come here and wrote something. I am so peeved that you’re using the money you’ve gotten from customers to fix cosmetic things, that have no business being fixed. There are constant bugs; the map glitches, or titles spaces appear blank, or points disappear. The balance between what I personally have given since I began this game, and the actual solutions you have given for bugs, is absolutely incredibly one sided (on my side). I know I gave way less to this game than others, but now you’re ruining the art, and new players quit the day they try the game.. because the issues being brought up are not actively being improved. We pay / paid you to work the game for us. AND you have had multiple VOLUNTEER for FREE to help you, and you said no.. I would ask for every penny back, transfer my club to one of my vice presidents.. but the tap tap, keeps my brain occupied when needed. I have gone from playing this for hours, to mere minutes at a time. I would be telling people to play, and would be wayyyy more into all the events and quests.. but I am still constantly refreshing the game just to see things on the map. Or things take to much time, or cost not equal to reward. (Spending gems on shields, etc.) Pleassssssssseeeeeeee puhhhhleasssssseeeeee, 1) revert the toxic waste colors of vespas to what they were before, 2) shrink the furries so they’re not blocking two tiles behind them, 3) balance costs and rewards/payouts, 4) finally - prioritize ACTUAL inconveniences, like map glitches, vs cosmetics that 100% were fine before. If bugs were being properly handled, this review would be a lot different, and higher stars. But we as a whole have been repeatedly asking for you to prioritize.. this is a collective response I have seen in my club and realm.
