App keeps crashing when I take a picture of the bumper core I am trying to upload

App is awful makes work harder. Doesn’t always work and crashes. Or if you forget to use it you don’t get paid… Only 5 star review is fake why would a 4 year old use it and that name. It’s a 1 star app and a waste of time.

When I try to upload picture documantation the app just loads and never finishes. Also had to change my password to log in the first time.

Takes 10X longer to do core claims then just sending them to the wprc. Constantly getting an error message when trying to send, and is EXTREMELY slow. BMW please fix this.
- Enhance the blurred image detection.
- Handle multiple circle detection in the mobile app avoiding false positive.
