View your option details, member number, total monthly contribution, Medical Savings amount (if applicable), Multiply status and Medical Scheme contacts at a glance.
Use the “Membership” menu to effortlessly check your membership profile with the Medical Scheme, contribution payments. The “Claims” will display claims history, Including rejection reasons, where applicable. If struggling to find a particular claim, refine your search by using the filter function provided.
Under “Pre-Authorisation”, you can view your historic hospital pre-authorisations.
