Flex Appeal is a 60 Minute group training
experience of physical and mental intensity designed to give you the best physical condition, burn up to 1,000 calories per session, and tone your body. We are a body transformation program in San Ysidro, CA.
The energy and vibe you feel at our program when you come in for your first time it’s just extremely welcoming, non-intimidating, the best music, and the best trainers in the area.
